Our menus are inspired by Spanish and Latin American Cuisines with an occasional Southern twist. We use local ingredients as well as traditional Spanish ingredients for inspiration. We prepare all our meats and salsas fresh daily. For our smoked pork in the Southern Taco, we use the local silver buttonwood tree branches to smoke the pork and sustainable wild caught Alaskan salmon. We use herbs, tomatoes, peppers, key limes and coconut from our plants on the island when they are available. We strive to purchase our produce as close to home as possible.
Most of our menu is gluten free and we offer many vegetarian options.
We offer a constantly changing selection of excellent craft beers.
